Press Release: Loudoun Chamber Names Clement Lupton IV as Government Relations Manager
LANSDOWNE, VA — The Loudoun Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Clement Lupton IV as its new Government Relations Manager. In this role, Lupton will lead the Chamber’s public policy initiatives, managing advocacy efforts on behalf of Loudoun County’s premier business network and represent the interests of its members at local, regional, and state levels.

Lupton joins the Loudoun Chamber with a strong foundation in public policy, government affairs, and strategic research. He previously served as a research analyst for Statara, formerly American Strategies, where he specialized in managing complex survey designs, polling operations, and data presentations to shape public policy strategy.

Lupton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. A published author and entrepreneurially minded professional, he has lived and worked in the Northern Virginia region since his graduation, gaining a firsthand understanding of the local economic climate.

As Government Relations Manager, Lupton will support the Chamber’s Public Policy Committee and work closely with Chamber leadership to develop and execute the organization’s annual Policy Agenda.
