Press Release: Loudoun Chamber Honors 159 Local Heroes at 41st Annual Loudoun Valor Awards
Lansdowne, VA – The Loudoun Chamber honored 159 of our community’s real-life heroes, including 27 heroic citizens, at the 41st Annual Loudoun Valor Awards. The event took place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at The National Conference Center in Lansdowne, Virginia.
This long-standing community tradition honors Loudoun’s real-life heroes — including public safety personnel and everyday citizens — whose courageous, often lifesaving actions clearly meet the standard of going “Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.”
Over 500 of Loudoun’s top business and community leaders attended, demonstrating their respect and appreciation for these dedicated public servants and their selfless acts of heroism and service. The event was hosted by WJLA ABC7 News Anchors Adam Longo and John Rogers.
“The annual Valor Awards remind us that Loudoun’s security, prosperity, and world-class quality of life are built on the service and sacrifice of our heroic First Responders. For 41 years, the Loudoun Chamber has been privileged to have the opportunity to celebrate these real-life heroes for all they do to protect our families, neighbors, and communities,” said Tony Howard, President of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.
