Loudoun Chamber Recognizes Inaugural Emerging Leaders Cohort

Launched in partnership with BetterCulture, the Emerging Leaders Program is designed to equip rising professionals with the skills and mindset needed to lead with purpose, accountability, and impact strengthening talent retention, organizational culture, and long-term business growth across Loudoun’s economy. The inaugural cohort represents a diverse cross-section of industries, reflecting the leadership talent within the region.

The Chamber hosted the program’s first session on Thursday, February 5, led by Kelly Featheringham, ACC, CEO of Team Leadership Solutions and Professional Program Coordinator for the Emerging Leaders program.
