What is your favorite part of being an Ambassador?

My favorite part of being on the Ambassador Council is being able to share the mission and vision of the Chamber with new businesses and helping our mentees to realize their dreams in business ownership right here in Loudoun. I am so proud to be a small part of that journey – especially for small business owners in Loudoun. I look back on some of the relationships I have made here, and I am so happy and proud to have been a cheerleader for some of our favorite small businesses in Loudoun.

What makes your business unique in your industry?

I think what makes 37MMG unique in a marketing space filled with AMAZING marketers  is our culture and approach to relationships. We come as we are – crazy creative, innovative thinkers who are truly all about building relationships, giving back to community and intentional growth. We love watching our friends, colleagues and clients collaborate and thrive while working together for the best in our communities. At 37MMG, we only work with businesses who include a charitable initiative in their marketing plans, which allows us the opportunity to make Loudoun (and the surrounding communities) a better place for all of us to live.

How has Chamber membership benefitted your business?

37MMG is 100% referral – we have never run an ad! That all comes naturally from the organically grown relationships and trust that we have cultivated within our Loudoun Chamber community.

What is your single best piece of advice to new Members, so they can take full advantage of their membership?

Be open and listen. Don’t try to sell yourself – just make friends and deserve the business by building relationships within this amazing community. Relationships matter and people want to do business with people they like – so listen, ask questions, and truly care about building those relationships – the business will come.

What do you like about doing business here in Loudoun County?

I grew up here, so I love EVERYTHING about Loudoun. Love Loudoun County. I was born at Loudoun Memorial Hospital – the first graduating class of Leesburg Elementary School. I absolutely love raising my family and growing my business here. Being able to help the community I grew up in through our corporate culture of giving back, makes my beloved LoCo an even better place to live, work and grow.
