Ambassadors Council Spotlight 2025: Kelly Robucci, Academies of Loudoun

Thank you to Kelly Robucci of Academies of Loudoun (LCPS) for your commitment to the Ambassadors Council!

What is your favorite part of being an Ambassador Council Member?

The opportunity to connect with other people, businesses, and non-profits in the local community to promote connections and opportunities.

What makes your business unique in your industry?

We offer three unique curricular programs and 25 different CTE pathways for high school students in one building. Students in grades 9-12 across the county come to us every other day to explore, research, collaborate, innovate, and take learning beyond the classroom through experiential learning opportunities.

How has Chamber membership benefited your business?

The Chamber membership has allowed us to expand our reach with the business and nonprofit community and create authentic, unique opportunities for our students within their local community. Through these connections, our school provides students with experiences with subject matter experts, mentors, and work-based learning opportunities to prepare them for their next steps beyond high school.

What is your single best piece of advice to new Members, so they can take full advantage of their membership?

Get involved!! Attend the events, join committees and LeadShare groups, meet and make new connections, and then follow up with those connections! Discover the new possibilities and opportunities.

What is one tip you can give to Chamber new members?

Lean on your ambassadors to help you navigate the Chamber and all the wonderful resources it offers to make connections.

What do you like about doing business here in Loudoun County?

Being a high school educator, I want to provide students with many opportunities to explore, own their choices, and gear up for life after high school. The Loudoun County business and nonprofit community offers endless possibilities for students to see themselves living and working here as young professionals.
