Ambassador Council Spotlight 2026: Dr. Chad Parsons
Thank you to Dr. Chad Parsons, President & CEO at Advanced Corrective Chiropractic, for your service on the Ambassador Council!
What inspired you to become a Loudoun Chamber Ambassador Council Member, and what does the role mean to you?
I was interested in the opportunity to help new members of the Chamber become more involved and to introduce the Chamber to other small businesses that are not yet Chamber members.
It is an opportunity to help small business owners like me grow not only in business but also in confidence in who they are and what their purpose is.
How does your business or organization contribute to the Loudoun County community?
I have been working in the Loudoun County community for over 24 years, helping individuals and families to become stronger and healthier through the Chiropractic care we provide.
What is one memorable connection, moment, or experience you’ve had through the Loudoun Chamber?
One of the best moments was when we were nominated for Small Business of the Year through the Loudoun Chamber, and we made it to the awards ceremony as a Finalist! That was an amazing journey!!
What advice would you give to someone looking to intentionally grow their professional network in Loudoun County?
Join the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, join LeadShare, and attend as many events as possible. The more you are seen, the more people will recognize you and your brand.
What Loudoun Chamber event or program do you never miss, and why does it stand out to you?
During the monthly Business Breakfast, I look forward to seeing familiar faces and the opportunity to meet new people. I always come away with at least a handful of new relationships to build upon.
How has serving as an Ambassador Council Member helped you grow as a leader—both professionally and personally?
Having the opportunity to help other small businesses that are new to the Chamber blossom and grow is one of the most rewarding parts of being an ACM.
What is one tip or best practice you would share with new Loudoun Chamber members to help them get the most value from their membership?
Lean on your ambassador, visit the different LeadShare groups and join the one that works best for your schedule and personality, and go to as many events as you can. If you are nervous about going along, that is what your ambassador is there for.
What leadership skill has been most valuable to you in your role as a Chamber Ambassador, and how do you apply it?
Quick decision making and having the confidence to walk up to a stranger and start talking to them, trying to help them navigate the Breakfast comes quite easily to me.
How do you balance advocating for your own business while serving the broader mission of the Chamber and the Loudoun community?
The more I get to talk about the Chamber and build relationships with other small businesses, the more I am going to gain their trust and respect; therefore, they will remember me and my business down the road.
What is one fun, unexpected, or little-known fact about you that most people at the Chamber may not know?
I did a clinic abroad mission trip in June 2001 to Fiji.
As a Chiropractic student, I treated 30-40 patients a day out of a church with dirt floors. This was the most humbling experience of my life.
