Ambassadors Council Spotlight 2025: Roman Blazauskas, SpeedPro Imaging NoVa

Thank you to Roman Blazauskas, owner of SpeedPro Imaging Northern Virginia and a Chamber Board Member, for serving as the Chair of the Ambassadors Council this year.

What inspired you to become a Loudoun Chamber Ambassador Council Member?

The value of being part of a chamber is how engaged you are as a member.  Joining the Ambassador Council allowed me the opportunity to be more engaged, as well as helping other companies navigate the chamber and hopefully grow their business.

How does your business contribute to the local Loudoun community?

As a small business in Loudoun County, we believe it is important to support the business community by utilizing the products and services of local establishments, as well as helping connect businesses.

We strongly believe in giving back to the community by supporting and donating to non-profit organizations.  Loudoun County has a much greater opportunity to be successful if we invest in our community.

What is one memorable connection or experience you’ve had through the Chamber?

I have two memorable experiences with the Chamber.  My first event I attended as a new member was the Business @ Breakfast.  Five people I met at that event are individuals I am friends with today, and we refer business to each other.

The other experience was meeting two companies at the same Business @ Breakfast event who I reached out to earn their business.  At the time, they did not need our services.  However, I kept in touch with both companies, and 8 years later, they gave SpeedPro Northern Virginia the opportunity to provide wide format services.  They are now two of our biggest and best clients.

What advice would you give to someone looking to grow their network in Loudoun County?

If you want to grow your business in Loudoun County, it is important to be involved in the community by giving back, working with other businesses and helping non-profit organizations.  Our superpower is our commitment to helping others be better.

How has being an Ambassador helped you grow personally or professionally?

Being an Ambassador has enhanced my ability to give back and help others. It has made me a better person.

Striving to be a better person is the basis for growing personally and professionally.

What is one event or program hosted by the Loudoun Chamber that you never miss and why?

The one event hosted by the chamber I enjoy the most is the Business @ Breakfast.

The energy level is tremendous, you get to meet so many different people and you get the opportunity to connect individuals and businesses.  Plus, it’s hard to turn down bacon and eggs!
