Leslie Recinos headshotWhat inspired you to become a Loudoun Chamber Ambassador Council Member?

I love connecting with people and helping people connect with others. Being an ambassador is the perfect way to meet new people in various industries.

How does your business contribute to the local Loudoun community?

Contributing to our local community is especially important to us. Loudoun is our home and where we are raising our children. We volunteer for multiple non-profits in the area close to our hearts.

Whether we provide our marketing services at no charge, volunteer time to help with events, or donate financially, we are always looking for ways to help.

What is one memorable connection or experience you’ve had through the Chamber?

Being part of the LeadShare group through the Chamber has been fantastic. I appreciate the business support we give each other through referrals, and the members have also become true friends. I know I can count on anyone in Loco LeadShare for anything business-related.

What advice would you give to someone looking to grow their network in Loudoun County?

If you want to grow your network in Loudoun County, my top advice would be to join the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.

One key reason to join the Loudoun Chamber is the number and variety of networking opportunities it offers. By attending these events and getting involved, you’ll naturally expand your circle, meet potential collaborators, clients, and mentors, and become a more visible member of the Loudoun business community.

Connect with your community and volunteer where it is needed. Building relationships with your local community is a crucial step in growing your business.

How has being an Ambassador helped you grow personally or professionally?

I really enjoy being an ambassador. Through the ambassador council, I have met great people whom I call friends. I’ve also met so many new and established businesses in the county. It is great to hear about their journeys in business ownership. For my business, being an ambassador has given us excellent visibility. It’s a fun opportunity and helpful at the same time.

What is one event or program hosted by the Loudoun Chamber that you never miss and why?

I’ll never miss a Business Breakfast. I look forward to the second Thursday of each month.

You can always feel the energy in the room, and people are ready to connect. You see familiar faces and always meet new people. It’s an awesome way to get your day going.
