Lansdowne, Virginia – The Loudoun Chamber today announced Chauvon McFadden, of Crimson Wealth Strategies, has begun his term as the 2026 Chair of the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

McFadden succeeds Scott Loftis of Atlantic Union Bank, who successfully led Loudoun’s top business advocacy organization in 2025.

With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, McFadden is the Principal of Crimson Wealth Strategies. A dedicated community leader, McFadden has held several key roles with Northern Virginia’s only 5-Star Accredited Chamber, including Chair of the Membership and Audit Committees, and as a member of the Executive, Governance, and Finance Committees.

Beyond the Chamber, McFadden has served in numerous leadership positions across Loudoun County and the region, including as Chairman of the Loudoun Economic Development Advisory Commission, Chairman of the Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation, Chairman of the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet, and Vice Chairman of the Loudoun Economic Development Authority.
