Why does LeadShare work for you and your group’s members?

As a group, we’re committed. Our LeadShare is more than just social hour — it’s about showing up for one another to listen to the spotlight presentations and learn more, understand better, and facilitate the kind of relationships that can only be built by putting in the time. We’re good at referring one another because we show up for one another, get to know one another, and genuinely care about one another.

What makes your LeadShare group so special?

It’s in our name. We are Loudoun’s Best LEADers, and we capitalize “LEAD” as an acronym for:

LEARN about our fellow members;

EXPAND our network reach;

ALIGN vision, expectations, & results; and

DELIVER quality leads & referrals.

We genuinely refer one another because we’ve gotten to know one another with the intent to be able to refer. We have business cards to hand out and promote our group.

Besides access to new business leads, how do your members benefit from LeadShare?

Thank you for asking because we don’t foot-stomp this enough! Loudoun’s Best LEADers works hard to keep our meetings FREE. Century 21 Redwood Realty graciously provides their conference room rent-free and offers us coffee. Members take turns hosting,  introducing the spotlight speaker, and providing continental breakfast options. It’s a win-win.

Our members take new ideas, new faces, and new solutions to new and existing problems that most business owners and/or consumers in Loudoun face. Our members explore new ways of thinking about our business and a deeper insight into the industries represented in our group as our spotlight presentations dole out takeaways for all industries.

LeadShare isn’t for trading business back and forth with one another. LeadShare is about getting to know one another well enough that we understand someone else’s WHY — the nuances and specialties that both motivate and drive others to start a business — so that we can confidently refer our LeadShare members to others out in the world.
