LeadShare Spotlight 2025: Health & Wellness LeadShare
Thank you, Dylan Beckner, leader of the Health & Wellness LeadShare group, for answering our questions!
Tell us about your LeadShare group.
The most interesting thing about our leadshare group is that we are one of the most niche leadshares in the Chamber– focusing solely on health and wellness professionals within Loudoun County.
A lot of us can also speak to the benefits of each of our members because we use each other a lot as our own providers!
How did you get involved in LeadShare?
I first got involved with LeadShare when I was a dietitian. Allison Tepper recruited me!
We had worked closely with mutual clients, and when she told me about the Chamber and LeadShare, I immediately knew that it was something I would want to be a part of.
What is it like being the leader of your group?
I think the most fulfilling part about being the leader of the LeadShare group is all of the connections that I have been able to make with guest members.
I’m not originally from this area, so it has really helped me to build more of a community, not just professionally, but also personally.
What are the benefits of LeadShare?
An unexpected benefit that I have received from participating in LeadShare is problem-solving small business struggles that come up over time, and being able to talk with other members to see what they would do, or ways they may have dealt with a similar situation.
We have also been working on perfecting our elevator pitches with different time constraints, which has been great too!
Any final thoughts?
If someone is considering joining a LeadShare group, I would recommend that they go for it!
There are so many benefits to joining LeadShare; in addition to networking and having a built-in marketing team, you really become a family. I think it is one of the greatest things to be a part of within the Chamber.
