Lansdowne Resort transforms into Winter WonderLansdowne for the holiday season, offering enchanting sights and festive activities from November 22 through the New Year. The resort’s terrace becomes a sparkling arctic tundra with private igloos, an outdoor skating rink, and fire pits.
Guests can skate, then enjoy comforting food and drinks such as hot chocolate, cider, pastries, and s’mores kits for roasting under the stars. Guests can reserve a 90-minute experience in heated igloos, featuring plush seating, warm lighting, a Bluetooth speaker, and a personal heater.
Families can enjoy the annual Breakfasts with Santa (December 6, 13, and 20), which include a holiday meal and a visit to Santa’s Workshop for cookie decorating, ornament crafting, and meeting the man himself!
Festivities continue with elegant New Year’s Eve celebrations, featuring dinner, craft cocktails, and live entertainment from dueling pianos. Special overnight packages are available for guests wishing to ring in the New Year at the resort.

The Loudoun Chamber will celebrate its 58th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on January 30, 2026. We will honor top community leaders and celebrated the success of the 2025 Board of Directors Chair, Scott Loftis, of Atlantic Union Bank. We will also welcome our 2026 Board and the new Chair, Chauvon McFadden of Crimson Wealth Strategies.
