Moving from working in person to working in a remote environment can be challenging for teams, especially with communication. This webinar will provide team leads and team members with some practical tools to use to help you work together as a team in this new environment effectively and efficiently. Using some of the Agile principles for project management, we will go over how to establish daily team communication, set incremental goals, allow team members to self organize with tasks, and increase productivity and innovation.
Solitaire Carroll is the Chief Strategy Office of OS Logic with over 14 years of experience in Government Contracting. Her diverse experience includes market and budget analysis, competitive intelligence, full system life cycle program management support, strategic planning and development, and agile implementation. Solitaire is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of One Sparrow, a non-profit focused on providing sustainable solutions for economic development both locally and internationally.
