Attendees will learn techniques to use relationship-building tools to impactfully engage with donors and strengthen major gift opportunities. The information shared will help professionals approach their major gifts programs differently in a way that builds alignment, community, and joy.
About the Speaker: Pam Maroulis, President, Torchbearer Consulting, LLC
Pam Maroulis brings more than 25 years of philanthropy experience, including a wealth of expertise in major gift cultivation, campaign management, grateful patient programs, physician engagement and culture alignment. She excels in helping organizations adapt to and thrive among the constant changes within the health care sector. With a focus on relationship cultivation, Pam enjoys and succeeds in the collaboration and partnership creation among nonprofit organizations and with community cohorts.
Pam is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). She has been an active member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) since 2005, where she has served as conference chair, presenter and event faculty. She has a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University and also holds a psychology degree from the University of Tennessee.

Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards
The Loudoun Chamber celebrated it’s Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on March 3, 2022. We honored top business and community leaders and celebrated the success of the Chamber’s 2021 Board of Directors Chair, Stacey Metcalfe, Morven Park, and welcome in our 2022 Board.
The 2022 Community Leadership Award winners in each category will have the opportunity to select one nonprofit organization to receive a $1,000 grant, thanks to the generosity of the Community Foundation of Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties.
