This session will focus on the ability of small businesses to navigate federal government size standards, including the Runway Extension Act, how the use of Joint Ventures (JVs) and Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs) impact meeting a size standard, and the effect of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) on the calculations of small business size. Formerly Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer for General Dynamics Mission Systems, Gary now advises both small and large companies doing business with the federal government.
