This virtual Sources of Strength training is a condensed, fast paced, engaging, and interactive experience in this evidence-based program. Originally developed as an upstream model for youth suicide prevention, the Sources of Strength approach is focused on exploring and building resilience in our community. Using messaging focused around HOPE, HELP and STRENGTH, this program empowers us with tools to positively support ourselves, our youth and each other.
Through a focus on the POSITIVE protective factors in our lives, you will learn tools that make you stronger, connected, understanding and can ultimately save lives. With a goal focused on breaking the STIGMAS around mental health, together we can shift our community into one with a culture of acceptance, support and care. Get ready to have some fun!
