Inclusive Leadership: The Power of DEIA in Business
Inclusive Leadership, Supplier Diversity, and Workplace Accessibility are the focus of the annual DEIA Summit
Save the date! The Loudoun Chamber will host its 3rd Annual DEIA Summit on October 17th, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Keynote speakers and workshops will focus on helping your business or nonprofit gain competitive advantages by leveraging diversity and accessibility tools.
This summit at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne will kick off with a keynote address on “Inclusive Leadership.” Following that, the Summit will feature three workshop tracks focused on these topics: Inclusive Leadership, Supplier Diversity, and Workplace Accessibility.

Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards
The Loudoun Chamber will celebrate its 57th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards in early 2025. We will honor top community leaders as well as celebrate the success of the 2024 Board of Directors Chair, Angela Mitchell, owner of ARM Consulting LLC. On Monday, August 19, 2024, the 42nd Annual Chamber Classic will be held at The Club at Creighton Farms. This event has been Loudoun County’s premier business golf tournament for four decades.
