Affordable Clean Energy for Developments and Upgrades:
C-PACE 101 for Businesses and Developers
In partnership with Loudoun County Supervisor Mike Turner, the Loudoun Chamber is presenting a webinar on “Affordable Clean Energy for Developments and Upgrades: C-PACE 101 for Businesses and Developers,” a primer on the hidden economies and value of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE).
Moderated by Supervisor Mike Turner, this webinar will feature a panel of three recognized experts in the field:
- Abby Johnson, Executive Director of the Virginia PACE Authority
- Karen Priesman, Senior Vice President of Gladstone Commercial Corporation
- Gerry Gurgick, President and Principal of Energy: Target Zero.
This webinar will be of particular interest to property owners, real estate developers, A/E/C professionals, commercial lenders, energy and environmental consultants, and other commercial real estate industry professionals.
C-PACE loans provide commercial building owners and developers a powerful way to finance energy efficient, renewable energy, resiliency, and stormwater management projects not typically available through traditional commercial loans. C-PACE creative financing funds “green” projects often considered non-cost effective through conventional financing while reducing the amount of total equity required for a project.
