The Expo—created by local mother–son duo Tiffany & Isaiah Hamilton, co-founders of Victor Wear, an apparel brand and social enterprise that empowers and employs the autism community—is a hiring-first, sensory-aware day connecting disabled and neurodivergent job seekers with inclusive employers.
