A Certified Diversity Executive and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Marlo is certified to administer tools including DiSC, True Colors, and the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI). She holds an MC in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Managment.
