Jason Collins is a partner at the Law Firm Daisy & Collins, LLP located in Ashburn, Virginia. Daisy & Collins represents government contractors and commercial businesses in all matters from contract drafting and negotiation through protests and litigation.

Peter Fish is a partner with McMahon, Welch and Learned, PLLC in Reston, VA. MW&L’s attorneys have decades of combined experience in all aspects of federal government contract law, advising on small business issues, contract disputes, bid protests, subcontracting and teaming agreements as well as in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing for both government contractor clients and commercial clients.
