Through interactive exercises, participants will learn basic steps of strategic planning and receive takeaway templates they can use to kick-start their organizational strategic process. In addition, we’ll discuss the best way to bring in outside expertise to facilitate strategy development as well as average costs and time needed to complete the effort.
