A Good Plan for Your Annual Report
Done well, an annual report can be a tool that strengthens donor relationships, reinforces trust, and clearly communicates your impact in ways your donors actually want to receive it. In this practical, step-by-step workshop, we’ll focus on creating a strategic, donor-centered report that supports your fundraising and communication goals.
We will walk through the full process of preparing, creating, and sharing an annual report that is both strategic and realistic to execute.
Participants will leave with a plan for:
- Getting Started: A planning framework to determine the best size and scope for your annual report
- Creating the Report: Defined next steps to move from draft to distribution
- Sharing your Impact: A strategy to use the annual report as an active fundraising tool
Your annual report should do far more than summarize the past 12 months. We hope you will join us to turn your annual report into a powerful communication and fundraising tool.
Intended Audience: Development and Communication staff. As well as anyone else involved in creating and sharing your annual report such as Nonprofit Executive Directors / CEOs, board members and volunteers.
