Register Here

Few areas are as embroiled in change and lacking in creative and practical solutions as the benefits arena.  Costs are going up, innovation has been lagging, and the need for doing things differently is more real than ever. Learn how to navigate this area in new and specialized ways that will increase both your employee retention rates and your bottom line. Matt consistently shows EBG clients 15-30% fringe benefit savings with better management of increases. With these advantages deployed, his clients win more and sustain contract profitability over the term of won contracts. This discussion will include overview of SCA fringe benefit strategies as well.

Presenter:
Matthew White, Employee Benefits Group: Matthew White thrives on providing superior client results at all times – his clients pay for outcomes, not activity.  With an extensive background in Human Capital Management Technology and Service Contract Act consulting, Matt initially began his career in benefits to further differentiate in a market that is at a boiling point. He currently sits as an officer of the board at the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association, The GovCon Committee at the Loudon Chamber of Commerce, and has served on boards at local SHRM chapters in the Washington DC metro area.  Matt has contributed to blogs, podcasts, and webinars while at the Employee Benefits Group, as he is continually bringing new ideas to his clients and the market.
