Frank Stitely is the Managing Member in the firm, Stitely & Karstetter, PLLC. Which is located in Chantilly, VA and was founded in 1989. The company serves small businesses and individuals in the areas of business valuation, taxation, financial reporting, and software support services. He is also the CEO of Clarity Practice Management, LLC, a first-of-its-kind client-centric practice management SaaS for CPAs, accountants, tax preparers, and their firms,

Mr. Stitely is a Certified Public Accountant with 32 years of income tax experience and a Certified Valuation Analyst with 15 years of experience in business valuation. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clarion University and received the Elijah Watt Sells certificate in recognition of his performance in the CPA Exam.

He is the previous President of the Association of Professional Accounting Software Consultants and formerly served as an officer of the Dulles Area Chamber of Commerce. Speaking engagements of Mr. Stitely have included topics such as business valuation, buying and selling businesses, preventing fraud in small businesses, Income taxes for small businesses and individuals, and effective accounting software for small businesses. He has been interviewed regularly by industry publications in the areas of practice management, accounting software and industry trends, and income tax preparation.
