Robert will discuss the legal side of selling your business, including buy-sell agreements and what business owners need to know.

Succession Planning Twice – Here’s to Getting the Hang of It by Bonnie Ashby

Bonnie has sold two businesses, first in 2008 and again in 2021. She’ll share what she learned along the way. As a CEPA Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Bonnie also helps others exit their business. Most businesses die on the vine, never sold or are undersold. Don’t let that happen to you. Prepare, Shop, LOI, Binding LOI, Execute. Then what?

Buy-Sell Agreements: What Business Owners Need to Know by Robert A. Feisee

This presentation is designed to teach business owners and/or advisors how to perform an initial review of a client/business owner’s buy-sell agreement. Attorney Bobby Feisee will teach business owners and advisors how to perform a “buy- sell” audit with an easy to use checklist. The audit is designed to identify and motivate suitable candidates to review their current business planning structure, which includes proper funding of the buy-sell.
