Loudoun Chamber of Commerce invites you to the Kelly’s Bootcamp & Inergy (KBC) 15th Year Anniversary Ribbon Cutting Celebration & Book Launch on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at 4:00pm, at 4308 Peacock Market Plaza, Ste. 120, South Riding, VA 20152 (Ribbon Cutting at 4:15pm).
Kelly’s Bootcamp & Inergy (KBC) is a comprehensive fitness program that has been transforming lives since 2009. KBC offers a wide range of options to accommodate various preferences and schedules. It provides indoor classes at INERGY facilities, outdoor bootcamp sessions, and online classes via Zoom for convenience. These diverse offerings cater to individuals of all ages, from teenagers to those in their 70s, ensuring that everyone can find a suitable workout option.
Additionally, KBC provides professional nutrition coaching to complement physical training and promote overall wellness. Classes and programs are led by a team of motivating, like-minded instructors who create a supportive community environment. The program emphasizes lifestyle changes and mindset transformation, making it more than just a workout. Members describe KBC as a lifestyle and mindset changer.
