Established in 2013, STREST assists clients in reducing the effects of stress, loss, and trauma without diagnosis through Applied Metapsychology, Energy Therapy, Mind Strategy and Intuitive Guidance. STREST offers confidential, individualized, person-centered sessions tailored to meet the needs of those impacted by distress, loss, and/or trauma. Increased conscious awareness and perceptibility is achieved through the examination of repeated patterns, oftentimes generational and rooted in early childhood, in which unprocessed and unresolved emotions have magnified and intensified oftentimes impacting the physical body as well as the spirit. STREST encourages resiliency through an acknowledgement of reactions, responses, and coping mechanisms providing opportunities for personal growth and success.

The Loudoun Chamber celebrated its 57th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on January 24, 2025. We honored top community leaders and celebrated the success of the 2024 Board of Directors Chair, Angela Mitchell, owner of ARM Consulting LLC.
