One year ago, Dr. Stephen Jones took over the leadership of Inova Health System. An alum of the world-famous Cleveland Clinic system, Dr. Jones inherited the leadership of Northern Virginia’s largest health care system, an enterprise with 5 hospitals, 1,800 beds and 16,000 employees.
At this special Leadership Series event, Dr. Jones will share his philosophy on leadership and managing through change to position Inova for continued growth and expanded patient services in the ever-changing world of health care. Dr. Jones will discuss the progress being made, how technology and advancements are being leveraged by Inova’s hospitals and doctors, and how he approaches the issues of culture, strategy and leadership development to lead the 11th largest employer in the entire commonwealth.
