Breaking the Stigma: Holistic Approaches to Mental Health

Stress management tools are essential in creating a culture of mental wellness at your organization. At this event we will discuss:

  • Addressing the root cause of stress, not just the symptoms
  • Mindfulness practices to achieve clarity in stressful situations
  • The impact emotional distress has on your entire body
  • Why the food we eat has a significant impact on our mood

Join Dr. Martha Calihan, Alison Sonak, and Susan McCormick as they discuss and explore these topics in detail. This event will conclude with a Q&A session, moderated by Dr. Suzanne Nixon.
