A Practical Workshop to Improve Belonging, Representation, and Retention within your Organization
The Loudoun Chamber’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Committee is proud to present the second installment of the DEIA Workshop series. The Chamber will be hosting a three hour discussion on DEI in the workplace, how to recruit, and how to retain employees.
The session will be led by Melissa Lewis, Vice President of Human Resources at Stryker and will be co-facilitated by Angela Mitchell, CEO of ARM Consulting. Each hour long session will include content, in session exercises, small and large group discussions. You will leave the session more informed on:
- Creating a culture of belonging
- Intentional recruiting
- Creating your plan
