Burn Bright. Not Out. Breakfast

Lyon Park Community Center
Saturday, November 15th 10:00am - 1:00pm

The Junior League of Northern Virginia invites you to a powerful morning of connection, clarity, and self-care.
Women today face unprecedented pressures, balancing careers, caregiving, financial responsibilities, and societal expectations. Too often, women carry the invisible weight of “doing it all.” Join us as we explore how women can reduce stress, avoid burnout, and truly thrive in the face of today’s demands.

This event opens the conversation on how to release that pressure—and replaces it with community, clarity, and self-compassion. Through guided activities like vision boarding, a “words of wisdom” book exchange, and writing a letter to your future self, you’ll reconnect—with yourself and with a community of inspiring women.

Let’s build a culture where mental well-being is prioritized, responsibilities are shared, and no one feels the pressure to “do it all” alone. Tiered ticket pricing and a free ticket lottery ensure that this experience is accessible to all.
