We are pleased to announce the keynote speaker for the 4th Annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) Summit, Warren Thompson, CEO of Thompson Hospitality, America’s largest minority-owned food and facilities management company.
A lifelong entrepreneur since his teenage years, Thompson launched Thompson Hospitality in 1992. It has grown to become the second-largest minority-owned company in the Washington, D.C. region, and the largest in terms of employee size.
Throughout his career, Warren has been recognized for his commitment to promoting diversity in the business world, as well as his philanthropic endeavors. He is a member of multiple professional groups, including The 123 Club, The President’s Club of DC, Executive Leadership Council, Sigma Pi Phi, and Alpha Phi Alpha fraternities. He also sits on the Virginia Governor’s Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates.
