About AART: Preschool has the potential to have a long-lasting impact on children and can change their entire life trajectory; however, in our region, there is a severe preschool opportunity gap for children living in under-resourced communities and middle-income families.
- AART serves children & families who fall outside of the established publicly funded programs and would otherwise be deprived of a preschool experience without this free option.
- Statistics show that low-income students who do not have any preschool classroom experience are nearly 20 months behind their high-income peers when entering kindergarten at the age of 5, and those who do not master basic reading skills by the third grade are six times more likely to drop out of school without a diploma.
- AART prepares these vulnerable learners with a positive and nurturing classroom experience delivered by experienced teachers, bilingual assistants, and volunteers of all ages. A child ready for school will succeed in school.

The Loudoun Chamber will celebrate its 57th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards in early 2025. We will honor top community leaders as well as celebrate the success of the 2024 Board of Directors Chair, Angela Mitchell, owner of ARM Consulting LLC. Chamber Classic
On Monday, August 19, 2024, the 42nd Annual Chamber Classic will be held at The Club at Creighton Farms. This event has been Loudoun County’s premier business golf tournament for four decades.
