DEIA Member Survey: We Want to Hear From You!
Dear Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Member,
Would you take 10 minutes to help the Loudoun Chamber make progress on our ongoing efforts to make our organization, and the community we all love, more diverse, inclusive and welcoming.
The Loudoun Chamber has partnered with Ascension Worldwide, a firm that specializes in helping organizations with the diversity and inclusion efforts, to develop a strategic path that is inclusive of all voices within the our membership, Board and staff.
Here is a look at the research plan Ascension’s team will be helping us execute over the coming weeks.
- Phase I—Conduct a Survey to ask our members about the Chamber’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Phase II—Stage Focus Group sessions to further explore themes that emerge from the survey.
- Phase III—Conduct 1:1 Interviews with the Chamber’s Board and staff leadership.
- Phase IV—Deliver strategy recommendations & tools for sustainable change.
We ask that you please take 10 minutes to complete this survey. The survey is anonymous and confidential and will be viewed only by the team at Ascension Worldwide, so please be as candid as possible about your personal experience.
If you are interested in being part of the focus groups, please complete this application by COB August 10, 2022. Unfortunately, Ascension Worldwide will not be able to include everyone who may be interested in participating in a focus group.
