Hispanic Heritage Month Spotlight 2026: Blanca Ramirez, Executive Director of Loudoun Youth Inc.
This Hispanic Heritage Month, the Loudoun Chamber is proud to spotlight Blanca Ramirez, Executive Director of Loudoun Youth, Inc., whose Mexican heritage, commitment to service, and passion for empowering young people are deeply connected to the work she does every day.
Blanca has called Loudoun County home for more than two decades and brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience in fundraising, community engagement, and event planning to her leadership at Loudoun Youth.
Recently, Blanca was recognized by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors alongside community members whose service and leadership have made an impact on Loudoun and the daily lives of its residents. For Blanca, the recognition was also an opportunity to reflect on the heritage and experiences that shaped her journey.
“I am proud of my heritage. Proud of the road that brought me here: a road with sacrifice, with distance, with a lot of “again, one more time” when things didn’t come easy. Every part of that journey: the language, the traditions, the resilience passed down through my family, lives inside the work I do now at Loudoun Youth, Inc.”

Loudoun Youth, Inc. is a nonprofit that has served Loudoun County since 2005. The organization coordinates community resources to develop youth programs and create leadership opportunities for young people, providing spaces where teens can build confidence, connect with their community, serve others, and discover their own ability to lead.
Under Blanca’s leadership, that work reflects something personal as well: the belief that every young person deserves access to opportunities that allow them to learn, grow, and see what is possible for their future.
