Join us as the Loudoun Technology Committee hosts it’s first ever AI Build Lab, a hands-on workshop designed to show small businesses how they can better leverage AI to improve their business operations.

Attendees will choose one focused lab and complete a guided, one-hour build that will provide practical ideas they can apply in their companies.

 AI Build Lab Topics:

  • Backend Optimization: Use AI and prompt engineering to generate polished proposals and streamline workflows.
  • Marketing: Build a marketing strategy and content calendar with generative AI.
  • Financial Analysis: Use AI to analyze performance trends and uncover actionable insights.

After the labs, groups will share their solutions, and you’ll have time to ask AI experts your toughest business questions. Join us and discover how AI can help your business save time, work smarter, and grow faster.

Build Lab Experts:

Victor Meer, AI Prime: Victor comes from the legal world, where he guided government contractors through regulatory compliance. He grew to advise businesses on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and quantum computing. Now he helps businesses adopt practical and responsible AI solutions that deliver measurable results.

James Dacanay, AI Prime: James draws on 15+ years of experience building and protecting critical infrastructure for government contractors and enterprise IT. Today he brings that same discipline to small and midsize businesses, cutting through the AI noise and implementing solutions that fit how they operate, designing with security in mind from the start.

Monica Tomasso, Monic AI Systems: Monica founded Monic AI Systems to help businesses become the answer when AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity field questions in their industry. Her work spans AI visibility strategy, Generative Engine Optimization, and content systems built for large language models — backed by automated workflows that convert that authority into consistent, scalable lead flow.

Steven Gawthorpe, Ph.D., Proven AI: Steven is the founder ProvenAI, a company specializing in applied AI solutions. Prior to founding ProvenAI, he served as a Senior Data Scientist at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, where he led the design of the Drugs Monitoring Platform to combat economic crime and corruption. Steven’s research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and international policy outlets. Today, ProvenAI helps businesses excel by delivering diverse AI integrations.
