Requirements and Partnerships that Deliver the World’s Leading Transportation System

Thanks to the landmark Bipartisan Infrastructure Law— also known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act—the Department of Transportation has unprecedented resources to deploy in the service of the mission and to deliver improvements that will endure for generations.

Achieving these changes in the transportation system necessary to reach our nation’s goals will require fundamental transformations to infrastructure, technology, and approaches to solving problems.  By 2026, DOT has plans to launch new across all modes that will require innovative solutions and technological advancements of the GovCon community.

Join us on February 1, 2024, for an event highlighting the major elements of our national transportation strategy and hear directly from those responsible for making major acquisition decisions.  Guest speakers include:

  • Director of the Office of Acquisition for the Federal Railroad Administration, Josh Jordan
  • Director of the Office of Acquisition for the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Loni Chinn
  • Procurement Analyst and Small Business Specialist for the Federal Motor Carrier, Safety Administration, Barakat Shakir

Each of our speakers will share with us the important mission areas that require industry support, future mission areas that they are preparing for, and how to best engage with each mode within the Department of Transportation.
