Join us as we honor The Medical Team’s 47 years of compassionate care and service to our community. Let’s celebrate this remarkable milestone together with their leadership and staff!
The Medical Team has been in the business for 47 years. We are a single woman owned company, and we are JACHO and CHAP certified, so we also work with Medicare guidelines. Our headquarters is in Reston, Virginia, with offices in Springfield and Ashburn, Virginia. We have the full circle of care, which consists of Personal care services, Skilled nursing like Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Palliative care, and Hospice care throughout Northern Virginia.
The Medical Team is a Medicare Certified Home Health Care is provider. Our skilled nursing services are provided by nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides. We offer transition care and special clinical programs for in-home rehabilitation, chronic disease management and patient education. Our programs focus on improving outcomes, reducing hospital admissions, and promoting better quality of life. Our comprehensive hospice and palliative care are provided within the most comfort and familiar setting of all home. The focus of our care is on managing the pain and controlling symptoms, while maintaining quality of life throughout. Our care extends beyond meeting physical needs to supporting emotional and spiritual needs. Our team’s responsiveness and understanding allows family members to devote their full attention to their loved one, free of additional stress or distraction.

Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards
The Loudoun Chamber will celebrate its 58th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on January 30, 2026. We will honor top community leaders and celebrated the success of the 2025 Board of Directors Chair, Scott Loftis, of Atlantic Union Bank. We will also welcome our 2026 Board and the new Chair, Chauvon McFadden of Crimson Wealth Strategies.
Annual DEIA Summit
The Loudoun Chamber will host its 4th Annual DEIA Summit on October 16, 2025. Our keynote speaker and panelists will focus on helping your business or nonprofit gain competitive advantages by leveraging diversity and accessibility tools. Event Page Here
