The Loudoun Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that George Hodges-Fulton of 123Traction has been selected to serve as the Chamber’s official EOS© Implementer.
EOS© stands for the Entrepreneurial Operating System, a comprehensive set of simple concepts and practical tools that have helped entrepreneurs and executives worldwide improve the performance of their teams and their business.
With help from George Hodges-Fulton, the Loudoun Chamber will be implementing the EOS© system, beginning in early 2020. The main elements of EOS© are:
- Vision: Getting everyone in your company 100% on the same page with where you’re going, and how you intend to get there.
- Traction®: Instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that each person executes on that vision—every day.
- Healthy: Helping leaders become a more cohesive, functional, healthy leadership team. From there, as goes your leadership team, so goes the rest of your organization.
