Virtual Annual Leadshare Luncheon: Know Yourself to Lead Yourself -Thriving Amidst Uncertainty

We’re living in a stressful time right now. Self-awareness can be a difficult path, but it’s important. especially when the storms of life hit. Learning to hold up the mirror in front of ourselves and be brutally honest with what we see doesn’t come naturally to most people.

People who fail to regularly and intentionally take time to better understand themselves and others are not the people who will bring out the best in themselves or those around them (family, friends, clients, coworkers, the community etc). After all, if we don’t know our own strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies under pressure, how can we expect to avoid the pitfalls that sabotage our success? How can we know ourselves to lead ourselves right now to pivot and come out of quarantine stronger and better for our customers?

Everyone has a voice which shapes how they view and interact with the world and how others experience them. This workshop will help you identify your voice; how you may react under stress; and how to get and stay healthy.
