Sweet Jazz Festival at Tarara Winery

If you live in Virginia, you know Loudoun County loves its wine. Driving through the County, you can see the countless breathtaking vineyards right from the country roads. The numbers confirm what we see with our own eyes in this community. Loudoun County makes up 1% of the land, yet Loudoun grows 19% of Virginia’s wine grapes, and the annual wine production is valued at $36 million. While Loudoun County’s ample wine selection and contribution to the local economy and culture is no secret, Tracy Hamlin’s Sweet Jazz & Wine Festival combines beloved wine with one of Loudoun’s best kept secrets: the lively jazz culture and renowned jazz artists.

Set at Tarara Winery, located at 13648 Tarara Ln, Tracy Hamlin’s highly anticipated Sweet Jazz & Wine Festival is to take place on October 12, 2019, from 12:30-8:30 PM. Doors open at 11:30 AM. The featured lineup of jazz artists includes the renowned saxophonist Art Sherrod Jr., guitarist Eric Essix, flutist Kim Scott, pianist Alex Bugnon, vocalist Tracy Hamlin, and the headliner Rick Braun on the Trumpet, among other immensely talented local Loudoun County Jazz artists. Partial proceeds from the festival will go to supporting music instruction for local students from low-income families. Tickets for this event go for $75 for a general admissions ticket and $200 for a VIP ticket. The general admissions ticket includes seating on the Tarara Winery lawn for the performance. The VIP experience includes exclusive VIP entry line, 4 wine tastings, catered buffet, personal meet and greets with entertainers, and comfortable covered seating areas.
