 ons across the country\, Northern Virginia is confronting a housing afford
 ability crisis that is making it increasingly difficult to attract and ret
 ain the workforce our economy needs to compete and thrive in a global mark
 etplace. As demand grows\, addressing these challenges is more urgent than
  ever\n\nOn April 29\, the Loudoun Chamber will bring together federal and
  regional experts to discuss solutions that increase the supply of attaina
 ble housing in Virginia and Loudoun. This event\, part of the 2026 Policy
 Maker Series\, will feature a keynote presentation by Dennis Shea\, Execu
 tive Vice President and Chair of the J. Ronald Terwilliger Center for Hous
 ing Policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center\, and Eric Keeler\, Director of
  Loudoun County’s Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
 \, who will offer insights on housing policy and its importance to our com
