 de\, or how power is generated\, delivered\, and regulated. The roles play
 ed by federal and state regulators\, grid operators\, utilities\, and elec

 ill give Loudoun's business and community leaders a clear look at how the 
 energy system works and how major policy and infrastructure decisions get 
 made.\n\nThe event opens with a keynote from Josephus Allmond\, Chief Ener
 gy Officer in VA Governor Spanberger's Administration. After Mr. Allmond
 ’s presentation\, a panel discussion will feature leading decision-maker
 s shaping regional\, state\, and local energy policy.\n\nOur panel brings 
 together four people at the center of these decisions:\n\n 	Katharine Bond
  — Vice President of Commercial Operations at NOVEC\, a member-owned ele
 ctric cooperative\n 	Judge Kelsey Bagot — Commissioner of the Virginia S
 tate Corporation Commission\, the state body that regulates utilities and 
 sets rates\n 	Bill Murray — Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs a
 nd Communications at Dominion Energy\, an investor-owned utility\n 	Jason 
 Stanek — Executive Director of Governmental Services at PJM Interconnect
 ion\, the operator that runs the regional power grid\n\nTogether they'll h
 elp attendees understand who makes energy decisions\, what drives those de
 cisions\, and how businesses and communities can have a voice in the proce
 ss.\n\n \n\nDirections: The event is located at the Belmont Country Club 
 Clubhouse – use the front gate from Russell Branch Pkwy (across from Who
 le Foods shopping center) to enter the Country Club and let the security g
 uard know that you’re attending the Chamber event. After entering the ma
 in gate\, turn right at the roundabout and then follow the road up to the 
 Manor/Clubhouse. Park wherever you would like. The event is in the upsta
