DESCRIPTION:Building Ahead of Loudoun’s Growth\nJoin the Loudoun Chamber 
 on September 15th for the 2026 “State of Healthcare” event\, featuring
  a Fireside conversation with Dr. J. Stephen Jones\, President and CEO of 
 Inova Health System.\nThis conversation will explore how Northern Virginia
 ’s largest health system is working to meet the current and future needs
  of our region’s residents and workforce while addressing issues of acce
 ss\, affordability\, and quality.\nDr. Jones will explain why healthcare i
 s a vital community infrastructure\, how Inova is preparing for Loudoun’
 s long-term growth\, and how workforce challenges and changing federal pol
 icies are affecting healthcare investments. The discussion will also exami
 ne the shared role of healthcare providers\, employers\, and public offici
 als in ensuring high-quality care remains accessible as our region grows.\
 nFollowing Dr. Jones will be Dr. William A. Hazel\, Jr.\, Chief Executive 
 Officer for Claude Moore Opportunities\, a nonprofit organization that bri
 ngs together educators\, employers\, government agencies\, and nonprofits 
 to create accessible education and training pathways that prepare Virginia
 ns—especially those from underserved communities—for high-demand caree
 rs\, particularly in the healthcare industry.\nJoin Loudoun’s business a

 event is located at the Belmont Country Club Clubhouse – use the front g
 ate from Russell Branch Pkwy (across from Whole Foods shopping center) to 
 enter the Country Club and let the security guard know that you’re atten
 ding the Chamber event. After entering the main gate\, turn right at the r
 oundabout and then follow the road up to the Manor/Clubhouse. Park whereve
 r you would like. The event is in the upstairs ballroom.
