Come out and learn about how Electric Vehicles (EVs) are: cleaner, quicker, quieter, smoother and MORE FUN to drive than conventional gasoline powered vehicles (while having very little maintenance and much lower fueling costs). The Electric Revolution IS here!!! During the event, you can view multiple EV models and have the opportunity to talk to real owners about your questions and learn about their experiences. Learn about EV performance, range, charging, etc – and dispel the many myths about EVs.
We plan to have the following models on site:
– Tesla Roadster (the original Tesla sportscar – under 2,500 sold)
– Tesla Model 3 (Current best selling EV)
– Chevy Bolt (2017 Car of the Year)
– Nissan Leaf (All-time best selling EV)
– Tesla Model S (Current #1 best selling luxury sedan)
– Toyota Prius Prime (Current best selling plug-in hybrid EV)
– and expect to add more.
If you own an EV and would be willing to show your car, please comment below and register online at https://driveelectricweek.org/event-attend.php?eventid=2127 and we will send you additional information. We are particularly interested in adding a BMW i3, VW eGolf, Tesla Model X and others.
The event will be held at the east end of the parking lot of the Cascades Farmers Market. Stop by and get something healthy to eat – and then learn about how you can drive more healthy as well.
National Drive Electric Week is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today’s widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric vehicles.

Annual Real Estate Event
While Loudoun outperforms other Virginia counties on most economic measures, we still face many challenges to our future prosperity. Whether it’s our investment in Metro, a housing affordability crisis or attracting a millennial workforce, Loudoun’s challenges demand effective solutions.
On Monday, August 19, 2019, we hosted our 37th Annual Golf Classic event at the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course, The Club at Creighton Farms. This course is one of the finest on the Eastern Seaboard — is nothing short of spectacular. This event has been Loudoun County’s Premier business golf tournament for three decades.
The Loudoun Chamber Golf Tour is back for Round 8! This casual, networking tournament pairs you and a partner against a field of over 30 two-man teams in a progressive four month tournament. Designed with the busy professional in mind, each event consists of a 9 hole round after work, followed by a short networking reception to get you home in time to put the kids to bed. The team with the lowest cumulative score after four events is the 2019 Loudoun Chamber Golf Tour Champion.
