 ed for people 39 years and under.*\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nChauvon McFadd
 en is the Principal of Crimson Wealth Strategies. He began his career as a
  Financial Services Professional with New York Life right out of college i
 n 2002. He specializes in guiding business owners\, industry leaders\, and
  professional athletes in organizing their financial lives by showing them
  efficient and effective ways to build\, protect\, and preserve their asse
 ts and lifestyle. Chauvon is committed to creating a better future for his
  clients\, neighbors\, and community by offering them creative and customi
 zed financial strategies to help them meet their individual and profession
 al goals.\n\nChauvon is also an active community leader\; he was recognize
 d by the Washington Business Journal as one of the top 40 business leaders
  under 40 in the D.C. metro area. He was also recognized by the Loudoun Ch
 amber of Commerce as the Young Professionals Community Leader of the Year.
  In March of 2016\, he was awarded the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Aw
 ard (NOESA) by the Boy Scouts of America. The NOESA is Scouting’s nation
 al recognition of extraordinary professional achievement at the local\, st
 ate\, and regional level. He currently serves as Chairman of the Loudoun C
 ounty Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC)\, Vice Chairman the 
 Loudoun County Economic Development Authority (EDA)\, and past Chairman of
  the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet. He is a member of the executive board for
  the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He also s
 erves on the board of the Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation\, the Washingt
 on Airports Task Force (WATF)\, the advisory board for the Bank of Charles
  Town\, and the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.
