Loudoun Tech Startups is a local community of entrepreneurs from growing and emerging technology fields, which comes together to relax, network and learn together.
Discussions at this monthly meeting focus on what you’re working on, what’s next for your tech-minded peers, and the opportunity to learn from a trending speaker. It may even be the place to find your next breakthrough partner or opportunity.
The May speaker is Jay Chapel, CEO and Co-Founder, of Park My Cloud. ParkMyCloud is a simple, single-purpose SaaS tool that connects to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enables users to automatically schedule on/off times for their idle cloud resources. It’s like Nest for the cloud.
Jay will be sharing his experience pitching at TechBUZZ, the premier pitch event in the Mid-Atlantic. Loudoun County TechBUZZ Seed Stage Presenters, including ParkMyCloud, have collectively raised more than $60M in Post-Presentation Funds. All 350 TechBUZZ presenters have raised $762M in disclosed, post-presentation funding.
Loudoun Tech Startups has served the needs of the tech community since 2012.
This group is sponsored through a partnership between Loudoun County Department of Economic Development and the Mason Enterprise Center-Leesburg.
