Loudoun Estate Planning Council Monthly Meeting with speaker, Robert Fiesee, President of InSight Law

The Loudoun Estate Planning Council (LEPC) cordially invites you to attend its monthly meeting. Our presenter this month is Robert Feisee, President of InSight Law.  Join us Tuesday, March 8th In person or via Zoom for learning and networking! RSVP today to receive the information you need to join this meeting!

Estate Planning Attorney Bobby Feisee will present the current status of the tax laws and future direction as it relates to clients’ estate plans. We will highlight the key issues to discuss with clients regarding the estate tax laws as well as potential strategies and solutions to mitigate taxes. We will also discuss the differences between Grantor and Non-Grantor Trusts and impact on trust income taxation.

Robert “Bobby” Feisee is President of InSight Law and has worked in trust and estate planning for decades and is an active member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. Bobby also serves as an Adjunct Law Professor for the George Mason University School of Law.

Bobby’s legal experience is extensive and varied. For example, he has worked as both a litigator and in financial management. While at Morgan Stanley, Bobby realized the important connection between estate planning and financial planning after his father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. The documents that comprised his father’s estate plan were a bunch of boiler plate forms that really gave no direction on what his wishes were. This prompted Bobby to leave Morgan Stanley to focus on estate planning and to work with financial advisors in helping people with some of the most important decisions in their life.
Bobby is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C.
Personal interests include Lacrosse. Bobby played in the Syracuse University Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team and was a 2 time national champion. He also an assistant coach for a time at Paul VI High School in Chantilly, VA.
