About This Month’s Speaker:
David Howard is a Senior Vice President of Institutional Investments at First Trust Advisors L.P. David joined First Trust Advisors in 2014, and is currently focused on Institutional Business Development. In this role he delivers the First Trust suite of products and services to Institutions, RIAs, Family Offices, Foundations and Independent Asset Managers. David started his career in the investment management industry in 2012 with Merrill Lynch after a career playing in the NFL. He graduated from Brown University in 2010 with a degree in Business Economics.

Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards

The Loudoun Chamber celebrated its 55th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on Friday, January 20, 2023 at The National Conference Center. We honored top community leaders as well as celebrate the success of the 2022 Board of Directors Chair, Shawn Mitchell, owner of Modern Mechanical. We will also welcomed in our 2023 Board and the new Chair Carol Barbe, owner of Backflow Technology.
